1. Introduction

Welcome to GPTs Exporter! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). • Service Description: The Contractor provides services allowing users to export AI conversations into PDF/DOC/MD format using an embedded button within the AI interface. The Service also includes optional features to upload these exported files directly to the user's Google Drive or create them as Google Docs. Our service processes conversations solely for conversion purposes and does not store or retain any conversation data.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. You also agree not to upload harmful, infringing, or illegal content to Google Drive using our Services.

5. Ownership and Use of PDF/DOC/MD Files

Users can download PDF/DOC/MD files of their AI conversations through the GPTs Exporter Chrome Extension. Users own the PDF/DOC/MD files they download and have the right to resell these files. GPTs Exporter reserves the right to set download limits and to ban or rate limit users in cases of suspicious activity.

6. Google Drive and Docs Integration

Authorization: By using the "Save to Drive" or "Export to Google Docs" features, you grant GPTs Exporter permission to access your Google account with the specific scope (drive.file) required to upload files or create documents on your behalf.

Compliance: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising or other unauthorized purposes.

Platform Independence: These features rely on the availability of Google's API services. GPTs Exporter is not responsible for downtime, errors, or service interruptions caused by Google's platform. You retain full ownership and responsibility for any content you upload to your Google Drive via our Service.

7. Pricing and Payment Terms

The list of services and current pricing is posted on the website at: www.gptsexporter.com. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally change the Price List and the terms of this public offer at any time without prior agreement with the Customer, ensuring that the updated terms are published on the website at least three days before they come into effect.

8. Data Collection

Personal Data Collected: We collect your email address and payment information. If you use Google integration features, we temporarily process OAuth tokens to authenticate your request but do not store them permanently or access your private files beyond those created by our tool.

Non-personal Data Collected: We use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect non-personal data.

Conversation Privacy: While we process AI conversations to create PDF/DOC/MD files, we do NOT store or retain any conversation data after the conversion process is complete.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 10 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
